Quality and reliability start at the source. At VET-V, we have invested in a fully automated production line to ensure that every pallet and collar meets our strict standards. This automation minimizes human error, guarantees precise dimensions, and allows us to handle large orders with consistent efficiency. Our facility is built for scale. Spanning over 8,000 square meters, our complex includes our own sawmill, modern industrial workshops, and extensive warehouses. This vertical integration gives us complete control over the entire manufacturing process, from raw timber to the final certified product.

We manufacture a full range of wooden packaging: standard Euro pallets (1200x800), industrial pallets (1200x1000), half-pallets (600x800), and chemical pallets (CP1-CP9). For pallet collars, we offer standard sizes in heights of 200mm and 400mm for dimensions 1200x800, 1200x1000, and 600x800. We also produce custom non-standard sizes according to your specifications.
The choice depends on load weight, dimensions, and transport conditions. For general export within Europe, Euro pallets are standard. For heavy machinery or wide loads, use 1200x1000 industrial pallets. Pallet collars are ideal for loose, bulky, or stackable goods where saving return transport space is critical. Our managers can help you select the optimal solution based on your cargo parameters.
Yes, absolutely. All our wooden pallets and collars undergo mandatory heat treatment (HT) in accordance with ISPM 15 standards. Every product bears the official IPPC stamp, guaranteeing safe customs clearance and pest-free transport worldwide, including to the EU, USA, and Asia.
Standard production time is typically 5-7 business days after order confirmation. For urgent orders, we can discuss expedited manufacturing. Delivery time across Europe usually ranges from 3 to 7 days depending on the destination country. We organize both FTL (full truck) and LTL (partial load) shipments.

Yes, we offer extensive customization options. You can add your company logo directly to the pallet or collar boards. We also provide colored hinges for easy visual identification in warehouses, as well as accessories like plastic corners, dividers, and various lid types (wood, plywood, chipboard).
We primarily use high-quality coniferous wood species (pine, spruce) sourced from our own sawmill. The wood undergoes technical drying to reduce moisture content below 18%, preventing mold and warping. All boards are planed on 4 sides for smooth handling and precise dimensions.
